Teeth Whitening (Bleaching)

Teeth whitening is a cosmetic treatment that uses a special whitening gel to lighten the color of your teeth. The whitening agent not only whitens the tooth surface, but also penetrates the tooth enamel, safely removing stains and discoloration from within, giving you a brighter, whiter smile. With this application, it is possible to lighten the color of your teeth up to 2-3 shades without applying any treatment to your teeth.

Teeth whitening is a very popular cosmetic dentistry practice because it is a relatively simple, fast and affordable way to achieve a healthier-looking smile.

If you are not suitable for treatment, you may consider laminates, composite veneers or dental crowns, especially for discolored or damaged teeth.

Laminate

When you think of the perfect “Hollywood smile,” there’s a good chance the person in question has had their teeth laminated.

Veneers are very thin covering the front surfaces of the teeth and have natural translucency that truly mimics natural tooth structure and brings enhanced aesthetics to your smile.

Veneers may require less than a millimeter or no etching of your existing tooth enamel, giving you straighter, whiter teeth while preserving tooth structure.

In this treatment method, the process begins by taking some photographs of your smile, scanning your teeth in 3D, and taking measurements to create a model of the smile you want. Once the design is approved, the teeth are prepared for final restorations.

Zirconium Coatings

Zirconium dental crowns are made of zirconium dioxide, a white powder ceramic material. The white color of zirconium mimics the color of natural teeth. It is a type of veneer that gives the best results in aesthetic dentistry and is very successful in terms of durability and gingival compatibility. These veneers are long-lasting and have a perfect aesthetic appearance. Zirconium crowns do not contain metal, so they eliminate the risk of metal appearance if the patient begins to have gum recession at later ages.

Zirconium crowns can correct numerous imperfections, including changing the color and shape of teeth, making crooked teeth appear straight, correcting gaps between teeth, and widening the arch (giving the lips more support, creating a fuller smile).
Zirconium crowns are stain-resistant like other crowns and are as durable as natural teeth.

Porcelain Veneers

Porcelain veneers are the longest-lasting and most durable aesthetic veneer type.
It may be possible for veneers to last from ten to twenty years if you protect your general dental health and take proper care.

Porcelain veneers usually take 2 appointment sessions. The first is the stage where your teeth are cut and measurements are taken to prepare your veneers. The second appointment is for the alignment and bonding of your veneers to your teeth. Between these two appointments, a temporary acrylic coating will be applied to protect your teeth from hot and cold sensitivity.

The size, color, shape and fit of the crowns are designed in the laboratory and completely customized. Porcelain crowns are designed to withstand high chewing and biting forces.

İnley Onley Restorations

Inlay onlays are restorations used to repair back teeth with mild to moderate tooth decay. It is used on premolars or molars when the tooth is too damaged to support a simple filling, but too little to require a crown.
Inlay onlays, like other types of fillings, are used to repair damaged or decayed teeth and are individually designed in a laboratory environment.

Composite Laminates

Composite laminates are made from composite filling materials. It is less expensive than porcelain veneers and can be an effective solution for less extensive aesthetic improvements. They are completely customized and can change the appearance of teeth color, size or shape. However, it does not last as long as porcelain crowns because the composite material is somewhat susceptible to staining.
